jloupe
I setup everything, I have the package name right, I used the access key from WHM, yet, not only will it not auto create packages, but when I manually aprove the order, it still does not create. Help?
dkent
Firstly, you do not need to have the package name the same that is inside your WHM, it can be any name you like. I'm not exactly sure why your accounts are not being setup automatically, even when trying to manually approve of the order, the best thing you can do is let us know the error code your WHMCS receives when attempting to create an account. We should be able to diagnose the problem once we know the error message.
jloupe
Well, I get the "recieved your order and will process it shortly" message. (account is set to auto create) When I check the order status as admin, the order says "Pending" so I approve it, and it looks like everything is fine. The order shows as active in the accounts page in WHMCS. BUT, there is no account created when I check WHM. I get no account setup email, it's like it dies somewhere between WHMCS and WHM. You can try the system here: http://bayouspace.com/clients There is a free account I am using to test. (Personal)
jloupe
Wait, I have also been getting an email from the "admin/cron.php" cronjob saying permission denied...could it be related? This cronjob only runs once a day.
GORF
Firstly, you do not need to have the package name the same that is inside your WHM, it can be any name you like. The Package Name under Module Settings DOES have to be exactly as it is on the server. The Product Name under Details can be called anything. More details are needed to help. Dedicated, VPS, reseller, what? Is WHMCS on the same box, IP? If you have any existing accounts in WHM, try Utilities -> cPanel/WHM Import. If there are results there, then WHMCS is indeed talking to WHM. If not, there are other things to look at like firewall/port settings.
jloupe
ok, I am on a reseller account, WHMCS is on same server. I tried the account import thing, got no results. Would the server name be an issue?
jloupe
Fixed. For some reason, the remote access key from WHM didn't work. I set up WHMCS to use my username and password, and the import worked fine.

terraprime
HI I am having the same issue however I am not getting any errors. I will purchase the package, it will then go into orders pending and just sit there. When I click to accept it then says active however when I check in whm the account is not listed. I am able to import from whm to whmcs with no issue but I am not able to create from whmcs to whm? I checked the key, I even generated a new key and still nothing. Can someone please help. Johnathan Doe
Hey Jloupe! I've been experiencing this issue for about a month now. One day, I was experimenting with some settings in WHMCS admin, then I changed something, then everything worked! Instructions to fix bug: Go to your WHMCS admin area Go to Product/Services, then Product/Services again. Select a package (any package) Go to Module Settings Scroll down and enable "Automatically setup the product when you manually accept a pending order" Do this to ALL of your hosting plans
