webolution Posted December 9, 2009 Share Posted December 9, 2009 I've been told by a user that they aren't receiving the initial invoice created email, only the reminder and overdue emails. The main customer account has an additional contact setup purely for invoices. I've ticked the 'Invoice' checkbox for the contact, and also set the 'Billing Contact' in the main account profile for the use to the contact. The WHMCS email log only shows the email being sent to the main account email, and not the billing / invoice contact.
