annaitech Posted December 7, 2009 Share Posted December 7, 2009 Hai, usually i register the Domain Names and Create the cPanel accounts on my Billing area without receiving the Payments and add the Payments to the invoice later after receiving the payment. Its for my regular customers. While adding the Payment after registering the Domains its getting renewed automatically for an year extra without asking confirmation. I make sured that the Do Not Renew button also checked. I don't know what to change and where to change to keep this not happening anymore.... I think its a bug..
