scrivo
Ive changed my accounts to be auto setup, all the severs are setup, etc and when i click on the "WHM" buttons for each server they all login to their WHMs fine. but when i try to purchase hosting on my site, after the personal details have been entered, i click on "complete order", it takes me to another page with this error: Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /xxxxx/xxxxx/xxxxx/cart.php on line 0 Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/mediafo/public_html/cart.php:0) in /xxxxx/xxxxx/xxxxx/cart.php on line 0 i checked the utility log and theres this error: Module Create Failed - Service ID: 19 - Error: (Curl Error) Couldn't resolve host 'xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:2087' - code: 6 but when i copy and paste that IP address in the error into a browser, it goes to my WHM no problems. anyone know what the problem could be here?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 26, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 26, 2009 but when i copy and paste that IP address in the error into a browser, it goes to my WHM no problems. That won't help troubleshoot, the problem isn't between your computer and the server on port 80. It's between your WHMCS server and your client server on ports 2086/2087. http://wiki.whmcs.com/Common_Troubleshooting_Tips#Server_Command_Error_-_Curl_Error_-_Couldn.27t_connect_to_host_.287.29
