Ticket ID Not Found Error when processing Support Emails

I'm getting intermittent errors creating tickets on import of emails. The emails get imported but this error "Ticket ID Not Found" shows up in the log. No ticket gets created.

 

This started today, I was upgraded to latest version last night so I can only assume it's related. Doesn't seem to matter which email account box it polls, it will intermittently fail.

 

I was upgraded from 4.1.1 to 4.1.2 last night.

 

Help!! :)
