When I receive a payment, I want to add a transaction and make it automatically......

Hey fellow WHMCS'ers.

 

I want to do this, when a client makes a payment to me, I want to make it so that I just have to enter the transaction amount and then it automatically marks the invoices as paid up to that amount, or credits it to an invoice in order of the most OVERDUE.

 

Then I can see exactly what transactions has come in when a client calls up, instead of marking invoices as paid and then having seperate transactions eg. $22.50 here and then another $22.50 there when really they paid $45.00 for two months worth if you know what I mean?

Thanks for that - I have tried to do the comma seperating when doing the bulk transactions, but it doesn't work? I am using version 4.1.1.

 

I do it like this 4244,4284,4277 for the invoice numbers?

 

Any ideas?
