pemso
I am using v4.1.2. I have successfully set up everything... including the MAIL in general configuration. But I do not seem to get any system e-mails. I have used PHP Mail(). Is there any settings that need to compelete? Anyway, I can see the system e-mails amd custom mails in MY E-MAIL section in Client Area. The main problem is that the mails are not being sent to e-mail address of clients... Please help me in this. Will the usage of 15 day WHMCS trial on same directory have this implication? I used the trial previously. Help me please...
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 12, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 12, 2009 No the trial won't have any impact. Check the sendmail setup on your server, there may be some setting or quirk that is blocking this. Or you could try the SMTP mail type instead.

pemso
Can you please tell me what else could cause this error. This isn't exactly a error. The system shows that the e-mail has successfully sent to the address. But it never gets delivered. I have checked with my web host and it says there isn't any configuration which needs to be worked out for this. Please tell me some possibilities where I could have missed. I can see the e-mails in "MY EMAILS" in client area. the problem is with the WHMCS not sending the e-mail to clients' e-mail address. Thanks
pemso
SOLVED:::: I have solved this issue. It was configuration of SMTP. I have configured with some username and gmail smtp host. But it had to do with "localhost" as smtp host without any username and password with port "25". THat resolved problem of not sending the mail to clients' e-mail address.
