No41 Posted November 5, 2009 Share Posted November 5, 2009 (edited) Hi, In the client area I would like to change the text-colour of the status with regards to the the support tickets, that is the colour of open, customer-reply etc. Which templates must I modifying & what must I modify in that specific templates?
