I am inspecting WHMCS as a possible resource for my web hosting business. When I tried the Demo as a client, I could not get to the Shopping Cart after I had ordered a new hosting package.
Does a client need to be logged in before they can order anything? How does a brand new client use this ordering process - it seems odd that a new client would have to register before ordering a service/product - other hosting companies get the items into the shopping cart, then ask for client info and payment method.
Please help me understand this product better - as of now I do not see advantages over AccountLab Plus.
