MACscr
Maybe im blind, which i probably am, but there is no rule called upload nor do I see a way to attach a file to a client. Were not talking about ticket attachments, correct?
turbosatan
in the client profile screen about half way down in the centre column there is a attach file section. its easy to miss. i do not however see the file in the attachments folder. am i missing something? or is it stored in the DB somewhere?
