merlinpa1969
Hello, we are wondering Is the auto generate set on a 30 day cycle or is it set to calendar month like c-panel is.... we ask this because the invoices were created lastnight durng our normal cron. also is there a way to change the due dates for these invoices it generated them this am and made them due today we had to manually set them to the 15th
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 1, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 1, 2009 Sounds like you want to select the " Calculate on the last day of the month but include on the next invoice to generate for the client" option in Setup > Automation Settings.

merlinpa1969
well it seems like its supposed to be done on the last day of the month so I would assume that it would mean its calendar month but it ran on the 30th rather than the 31st, thats not a bog deal but the invoice generated on the 31st and due on ther 31st is kinda rough..... in the future can this be set to the same type of interval as any other invoice... so that it works on the same day out structure as the regular invoices
