wellgolly
Hello, I loaded WHMCS and it seems to work fine except for a few things. 1.) Admin Log in Page comes up but when I log in the Page goes blank. 2.) Tried to do a cronjob but I am getting that cron needs permissions changed to 4755, anybody have an idea how to do this? I don't know how to log in by root or anything about commands and where I would enter them. I would ask my hosting company but I put in a support ticket this morning at 6 about another issue and still haven't had a reply back yet on that issue. 3.) on the front page of the WHMCS I installed I just have a link to get to WHMCS. Thanks for any help you may have to offer.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 31, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 31, 2009 So you ran the installer and everything went fine, without any errors?
wellgolly
So you ran the installer and everything went fine, without any errors? Yes, ran the Installer and had no problems what so ever. I am suprised at the blank page. I loaded the ioncube also, could I have done something with that? Thanks for your help, I would just like to get it up and running to try it out before I buy the license for it.
wellgolly
If I am going to pay for a license is this the best support gets? No disrespect but this is rediculous. I posted my first question 24 hrs ago and basically got no answers to my problem. Is there "Live" support? I think I will pass on this and look elsewhere. People in business need fast answers. Take Care.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted October 31, 2009 WHMCS CEO Share Posted October 31, 2009 This isn't the place to obtain support. The forums are for customer to customer discussion - just look at the forum description: If you are experiencing problems with your WHMCS system, then post here for assistance from other forum users. We never guarantee to read or reply to posts on here - and rarely do. Matt
Mortfiles
Send in a ticket and you'll get this resolved in lightning speed. Matt is beyond fast when it comes to answering tickets By the sound of things it sounds like a server issue though, or you uploaded the files in the wrong way. I suggest re-uploading all the files and then check your chmod settings.
