ACPS
I'm new to WHMCS so please excuse my ignorance. Is it possible to log the ip address of a customer when they submit a support or sales ticket and have it show within the ticket itself? Thanks

It does capture the IP Address within the email notification but it does not display it in the ticket within the support area. It just displays the date and time at the top of each reply. I'd like to see the ip address and host inserted into the text of their message within the support system so that my staff can see their ip address in case we need to block the them. Thanks
scurrell
It does capture the IP Address within the email notification but it does not display it in the ticket within the support area. It does in ours.
ACPS
It does in ours. I'll need to submit a trouble ticket then. Ours doesn't show it. Thanks scurrell for the responses.

ACPS
Thanks John. I just realized my client was emailing support and not initiating from the client area.
cmo
What about IP capture for ticket replies? We only get to see the IP in the first ticket but not in the replies. For us it matters if client has changed network or IP in his replies.
