scurrell
Is there some thing wrong i did configuration? No. All orders stay as pending so you can review them, and then accept them, even if the account is already created.

basic
Does this mean the new customer that just signed up is not able to log in to WHMCS (and e.g. administer his new domain) while the order status is still "Pending"? Frank
scurrell
Does this mean the new customer that just signed up is not able to log in to WHMCS (and e.g. administer his new domain) while the order status is still "Pending"? Frank It depends at which stage you actually create the account. If the account has already been created, then the customer can log in regardless of the order status.
basic
In ModernBill, which we used until last month (which has its probelms), the way I could set fraud related filtering was far smoother. I hope WHMCS will get there -- in this case. I was able to set a certain range to "held" or "pending". For example, anything under fraud score 5 was accepted automatically, but incoming orders that where given a fraud score between 5 and 7.4 were set on "pending" -- so we could look at them, and then decide to accept or not accept -- and in case of domain registrations, that means domains were not registered until the order was accepted by us. In WHMCS I can only set one fraud score border value, and it is then either accpeted and set up or declared fraud. That is not as sophisticated a system, unfortunately. Or am I not yet understanding what we can do to configure this? Frank
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 6, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 6, 2009 There isn't an option to set them as "pending", but unlike Modernbill (or the version I used to use) WHMCS doesn't delete fraudulent orders so you can still review them and manually approve.
basic
Ahhhh, then, in all practical means it does the same. THANK YOU for pointing that out, makes perfect sense. Frank
