DesignItHostIt
Hello All Well I have just embarked on my first ever WHMCS experience. So far Im very impressed, Im using the trial for the moment just too be sure. I have managed to install the programme and am currently configuring everything, I have added my server and uploaded the status folder into my WHMCS main folder, added the correct path on the server setup page and a status page now shows however............... The http, ftp and pop3 monitors are displaying green tick so all is OK with these however the uptim and server load dont seem to be working, the server load says unavailable and the uptime monitor just displays 0Days 00:00:00, I have left it for over an hour now and still the same after refreshing. Any help with this appreciated Im sure this will be the first of many posts thankfully so far this is the only one I haven't been able to cure using the search feature here, great archive of stuff. Anyhow thanks in advance Chris

ACPS
You will need to talk with your hosting company and they can help fix the problem.
