Dat
Hi, When a client registars a domain or changes their contact details there's a problem with Resellerclub. If the details include UTF8 characters it simply doesn't accomplish the task and returns with an error. Although WHMCS should by default convert the characters to latin, it does not. So we have to do it. But how is the question ?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 21, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 21, 2009 You could add a message to the domain contact details page to inform your customers to enter it in non-latin format. When registering a domain you would need to change the client's details on the profile tab then resubmit to RC.
Dat
Yes John we could and will do that. However we are looking for something more autonomous as people could make mistakes. Predomainregister hook could be way to do this. However its not enough. Still looking for a solution.

primozb
Reseller club support does not have any solutions. WHMCS could solve this problem in module so if characters in my case (Slovenian) apear, then they can convert it.
