orders/quotes not taking correct info from product database plus other issues

Hello there I have a few issues which lead me to make mistakes on my billing and I was wondering if it was my configuration at fault or a bug or something?

ISSUE 1

When adding orders from the admin console at /ordersadd.php if I choose a product that is not recurring (For example, say a webdesign package). The billing cycle stays on recurring.

Is that a bug? or is that by design? seams like a bug to me as I think it orta automatically match up to the product database.

ISSUE 2

Is there any options anywhere to make the order form from the admin console to tick "generate invoice" and set order status 'Active'

ISSUE 3

When making a quote from the admin console at quotes.php?action=manage the tax tick box doesnt use whats in the product database either. It always defaults to no tax. This seems to me to be a bug/oversight?

ISSUE 4

When making a quote from the admin console at quotes.php?action=manage is there a way to make the quote show recurring items and once off items seperatly. For example, I want to quote once off items for website design and then quote recurring items for the hosting. Would I be correct to believe this is not currently possible?

Thank you kindly for any assistance

1. Not a bug, you can choose any product/billing cycle combo from the admin area.

Wouldn't it be logical to make it match up the cycle to the product database billing default tho? My issue is that I want to add products that don't have recurring billing (for example a webdesign package)......mistakes can happen :(

2. Not sure I understand. These options are on the add new order page.

Sorry the description I gave was not clear (even to me after rereading it lol). Let me rephraise;

When adding orders from the admin console at /ordersadd.php is there a way to have the

"generate invoice" ticked by default and the set order status set to 'Active' by default?

Once again its a matter of mistakes happening :( It's so easy to not tick these when I want them ticked for every order...

Any thoughts on those other ones regarding quotes?

Thank you for your help
