Approve order gives blank page

When I approve an order WHMCS loads up a blank page, is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Probably something at your end. Add the following line to your WHMCS configuration.php file and then try the process again. You should then get an error output to the screen you can use to resolve it..

 

$display_errors = true;
