dexus
When client order a package upgrade, tax is not included in {$order_details} variable in "Order Confirmation" email. Also some parts of text in that variable (shown in red color) are not translated... Package upgrade: Small => Large Billing Cycle: Semi-Annually Amount Due: 111,00 < tax is not included here
thehost5968
ref tax have you ticked the option in admin product add-ons to add tax or not? ref translated look in the lang/your lang file ie English as that is where all translated text comes from
dexus
I know that Tax is of course enabled for all products and addons, and I never mentioned "addon", just "upgrade order" have this issue and tax is correctly calculated on the upgrade order invoice, it's just not shown correctly in {$order_details} variable in "Order Confirmation" email template. So, this is working correctly (translations are fine and tax is calculated) on all other types of orders, hosting, domain, addon, problem is just with package upgrade order. Everything is translated and shows up translated as it should on all other places but only this part is hardcoded, and it's not affected by translation variables so that is why I am reporting this as a bug.

dexus
When bug report theread is marked as "Fixed" that mean that it is fixed in next release so when next verision is released and you upgrade your WHMCS to that version this should be fixed.
