Bartucxp
Hello, Is it currently possible to set configurable options to upgrade the account automatically for cPanel? For example, for a 100MB package, if client chooses +250MB disk space, it should create account with 350MB disk space. I don't need custom package addon as I don't want my clients to create their own packages, but they should be choose extras like disk space, bandwidth, addon domains etc.. and whmcs should process them automatically. Please tell me how to set this if possible. Thanks.

Bartucxp
I'm sorry about addon name confision but I think configurable package addon lets customers create their own packages which I don't need, is that wrong?
railto
from memory it does 2 jobs, you can set it so that clients can create their own hosting package based on a pre-set number of options that you have made. the other job is that you can set a package then offer addons and it will automatically parse them and add them to their plan. I may be wrong on that, if a staffer could confirm it would be great
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 13, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 13, 2009 They can chose the plan specifications when signing up, and they can change them at any time (upgrade/downgrade). It sounds to me the second point is what the OP wants.
