seeker2921 Posted October 9, 2009 Share Posted October 9, 2009 Hi, I noticed something today when a customer called me asking her bank statment didn't reflect thw whole ammount she paid me. so I searched and heres what I found whmcs passed the invoice amount of $1000 to my merchant witch took this as $10 so I looked at the invoice it stated 1000.00 so i then looked at the transaction logs this is what it said: Invoice ID => 14748 User ID => 742 Amount => 1000 Action => Auth_Capture i'm assuming that the issue is my merchant needs Amount => 1000.00 instead of Amount => 1000 So i'm woundering what I need to do to ensure that this doesnt happen again. Ive looked for a setting somewhere but have yet to find something usefull and I have to way to change any api settings with my merchant. any ideas on how to pervent this? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
