Did my provider pay?

Hi there,

 

I didn't know what section to post this but here goes:

 

I log into my control panel, scroll down to the RV Site Builder, click on the icon to open a new window.

 

Here's the error message:

 

"Sorry, 74.86.158.10(74.86.158.10) is not found.

Please contact your provider."

 

And the Title Bar says, "RV Sitebuilder: License have a problem"

 

Does this mean that my provider missed something with you? If so, what does my provider need to do so I can continue to edit my site?

 

My provider is TMcProHost who was acquired by Tons of Buys.
