Simply moving the submit button. Please help.

I'd simply like to move the Submit button outside of the blue box.

 

I thought moving

<p align="center"><input type="submit" value="{$LANG.supportticketsticketsubmit}" /></p>

underneath the

</form>

in supportticketsubmit-steptwo.tpl would accomplish this but it doesn't.

 

I'm sure this is an easy fix, that I simply can't figure out

It should be outside the box on the default template: http://demo.whmcs.com/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=1&systpl=default

 

Perhaps your template customisations have caused it not to be?
