sotoman Posted October 1, 2009 Share Posted October 1, 2009 i just upgraded to 4.1.1 and im having an rather serious issue. when i tested it out with a new order, i was sent to the knowledgebase when it was time to checkout. it said, "Please wait while you are redirected to the gateway you chose to make payment..." then the KB showed up. im still getting my new order notification, and its creating user accounts, just avoiding the payment gateway. anyone know how to fix this? thanks! 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The addition or removal of a form in your header means the auto form submit is now not submitting the payment gateways form but instead a form on your design. To resolve this, open the forwardpage.tpl file in your custom template folder and where it has forms[0], change that to forms[1] and then retest. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
