webking1
Hi, I m using Version: 4.0.2. The system created an invoice. Customer paid the correct amount but the system does not update the invoice to 'paid' status. I recently moved to a different host and since then I have to manually input the transaction ID from paypal. What do you advise? Thank you.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted September 28, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted September 28, 2009 Is IPN enabled in your PayPal account?
bodhisattva
I am also experiencing this. started happening on/around the 16th. IPN is set but no invoice or subscription transmissions are connecting with the accounts. they show in the log with an error.
advantagesbs
I am having the same problem with PayPal. Has anyone figured out how to correct this?
sotoman
i had that same problem for a long time, and it turned out to be two things. 1. mod_security was blocking paypal callbacks (ask your host to check your server logs) 2. i had a small typo in the url in WHMCS System URL. (general settings) after many headaches tech support here at whmcs helped me out. check these two things out, maybe youll get lucky!
bodhisattva
any luck for anyone? mod security is not blocking and there are no typos. never had a prob before a couple weeks ago. also was suggested by Matt that it could be a firewall blocking it but same results even with it off. I haven't heard back from WHCMS support since so I am hoping a client knows whats wrong. Edited October 2, 2009 by bodhisattva
bodhisattva
support says its on my end so I'll investigate further and see if I can figure out what caused the handshake with paypal to go awry. good luck everyone.
