barryrs
Hi, I have had WHMCS for a few months now and its worked perfectly...until yesterday. For some unexplained reason I can no longer log into my admin panel. When I try to resend my login details it says it doesn't recognise the email. I have had a look at the database and can see the username is there along with the encrypted password and email is also correct but every time I try to log in it says 3 invalid login attempts....banned! Any ideas anyone? Regards, Barry

easyhosting
I have the same problem since yesterday... It`s very strange. looks like you've both been hacked. open a support ticket with matt, to get this sorted, i had the same problem several months ago and someone from saudia arabia had access my admin and changed my details, but matt got me back in.
DedicatedPros
If you have access to mysql, change the admin login password through there, after getting back in change your admin folder name, choose a long and hard to guess password, maybe use an htaccess deny/allow list, and chmod your files properly (especially important if you do not host on a dedicated server).

Just because you were doesn't mean they were. Rather alarmist to state that, when his admin details aren't (obviously ) changed, as he recognizes the email (from phpMyAdmin) it claims it can't find. A ticket is good idea, however.
