I'm intrigued about WHMCS and want to know a little more before I sign up with my hosting company.
My biggest problem: I forget to send invoices to customers.
If I can have an automated solution that every year sends out an invoice, that would be great. If no payment is received - then the customers account is suspended unless they pay or I manually put their domain back temporarily.
1. Is this what WHMCS will allow me to do?
2. Can I take payments for invoices I raise?
How do I integrate with my payment backend?
To be honest, I'd only ever use Paypal - but if I did want to, can I have working with another gateway like Worldpay or something?
3. £'s? I see it's all in $'a. Can I have my display currency be in £'s?
4. Tax? Can I change what the tax level charged is?
AND, if I don't want to have tax mentioned, can I also do this?
5. Let's say a customer doesn't pay and their hosting is suspended. Is there a facility where I can reinstate the domain BUT only have it reinstated for a fixed time - after which, if they have not paid, then their account is suspended again?
6. Also, where is the software hosted? Is it hosted by my hosting company?
