Lawrence
Can you post more information about your server setup? PHP version? MySQL version? Also, you do realize that it only runs when a product is Terminated, right?
Lawrence
Here is a copy of the latest version. Just unzip the .zip, and upload the .php files to your whmcs/includes/hooks folder.
headnemesis
lars, does this work for cancelled items?
Lawrence
It works only for services that are being Terminated by WHMCS, either using the Terminate button on the service in question (in the WHMCS admin under the particular client), or when the automatic termination is run (if configured to run).
headnemesis
Does this include when someone selects to cancel their product at the end of their billing period? Then, at the end of their billing period, the UNPAID invoice should be cancelled. I also want to make sure that only UNPAID invoices are cancelled. If this is the case, great mod and thanks!

getnetworks
Many providers will likely have a "cancellation policy" requiring a cancellation to be made XX days before the renewal date (or even just the renewal date). It appears your mod will actually allow a customer to cancel a package after their due date has come and gone and then purge invoices that should still be paid. How about an option to not purge the invoice if it is within XX (configurable) before the due date (or on/after the due date)?

I agree that a client should not be allowed to initiate a cancellation request for a product that is already overdue. That ability should be reserved for the admin side only. However, this is not a limitation or bug in this module as you seem to believe. If you have a problem with clients being able to cancel products that are overdue, please contact WHMCS about this and see if there is a solution.
Lawrence
Please note that this is no longer a free module. No further support is being provided for the free version.
