  1. Clearly the issue was on your end given: 1) Another person reports the same issue, and 2) The issue has magically resolved itself (a bit unhappy I've been told nothing while I've experienced an outage to my system for which I pay for a license).
  2. Call me paranoid if you will, but whmcs.com also just had another outage. I'll error on the side of caution. This issue doesn't require them to validate my identity for any reason. The account is current and there's no good reason for the license to say "active" but fail a re-issue stating it is "invalid". I can't possibly be the only one experiencing the issue.
  3. Already have, but their replies have been "questionable" (concerned there is another compromise) as they are asking for the URLs (which are clearly located in their system as part of the license as I can view them under my own account [and I've pointed that out to them]). I think there is another breach.
  4. Yes, and although the license shows a green "Active", I get a red alert box stating: Action Failed: License must be active to be reissued There's a problem on the WHMCS end.
  5. Sometime within the last 7 hours, we started getting the following on the admin interface: --- Your license key [XXX] is invalid. Possible reasons for this include: The license key has been entered incorrectly The domain being used to access your install has changed The IP address your install is located on has changed The directory you are using has changed --- This has us greatly concerned. Users can log in, but see no data (no tickets, invoices, etc.). No changes occurred at our end.
  6. It's been almost 6 months since I posted this. A response would be appreciated larwilliams.
  7. Just an FYI: This mod will cease to function in about one month (August 16th) as Twitter is turning off Basic Authentication (which this mod uses). Unless the author rewrites this mod to use OAuth, the mod will be a brick.
  8. The old GA code does not work and if you try to insert the new code in to the header.tpl as instructed, the site breaks. I opened a ticket last night about GA and they still directed me to their outdated wiki page. I informed them today to read their forums as there is plenty of talk about that wiki no longer being accurate. It just sucks that doing what GA now requires breaks WHMCS. So much for that.
  9. Many providers will likely have a "cancellation policy" requiring a cancellation to be made XX days before the renewal date (or even just the renewal date). It appears your mod will actually allow a customer to cancel a package after their due date has come and gone and then purge invoices that should still be paid. How about an option to not purge the invoice if it is within XX (configurable) before the due date (or on/after the due date)?
  10. Any exactly where would one find yours? We see nothing for WHMCS scripts on your website.
  11. We're also getting: Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /opt/whmcs/templates_c/%%03^035^0357BA3F%%header.tpl.php:84) in /var/www/whmcs/modules/admin/enom_extended/include/globallib.php on line 0 Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /opt/whmcs/templates_c/%%03^035^0357BA3F%%header.tpl.php:84) in /var/www/whmcs/modules/admin/enom_extended/include/globallib.php on line 0 ...directly above the blue box containing the eNom stats (and we've purged the browser/whmcs caches). Seems to be triggering on the smarty include in homepage.tpl. Any thoughts?
  12. No. We developed our own which is far more robust. We'll be releasing both our VDSmanager and ISPmanager modules next month (sold both separately and as a discounted bundle). And yes, we are an ISPsystem Partner.

  14. Could you add an option to disable purging the invoice if it is already past due? I'm sure many of us here have a "cancellation policy" in place that requires a customer to "cancel" by a certain time in the renewal cycle (such as x days before the due date) to avoid at least a next monthly renewal. Your mod is great except (if I'm seeing things correctly; please correct me if I am wrong) it can purge invoices that are already past their due date when the customer initiates the cancellation.
