Emails / Updating Tickets

Question

Hi,

 

I am testing the email piping and I can open a ticket, the user receives the notice.

 

But when the user attempts to reply they get a message, email could not be delivered although I do get the email....but the support ticket is not updated in WHMCS.

 

What do I need to check?

 

Love WHMCS already....
