glenco68
My domain name avaibilty checker is not showing the domain extention dropdown menu. The menu is there but no text/selections. When logged into WHMCS the domain pricing area is blank; everything i put in like a year ago is gone. When I try to set up a new ".com" selection, it says I can't input the same domain twice (paraphrased). So I believe the info is stored somewhere, but I can't find it. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!
GORF
Make sure you did not use capital letters when setting them up. .COM, .NET, etc. Need to be .com, .net, etc.

kaus
I managed to figure out the issue... You must be using multiple currencies, make sure you set the currencies up correctly (Setup>>>Currencies) and that you ticked the box label as "Tick to recalculate prices"... Once you have done this the dropdown should display .com, .co.uk, etc as per your other settings... If this is not your problem, sorry, just thought i would share my solution...
