db09
Hello, I searched for a thread like this and didn't find one but pardon me if this has been touched on before. For some reason I can send an e-mail to a client (via - client/send e-mail) and order confirmation e-mails are sent automatically as well but the system will not send out welcome e-mails. I tried setting up the SMTP settings to send the e-mail however this fails as well, it cannot connect to the server for some reason and even so, I'd rather have it sent via the phpmail function anyway. Since I can send e-mails to clients, the phpmail function is working properly (I guess?), I'm just completely lost as to why it won't send the welcome e-mail. Any help is appreciated. db09
Ack! I thought it wasn't sending out other details (password requests, etc) but it is. False alarm.
db09
A little more information - The account creation module is working (it creates the account) but in checking the e-mail tab on the client's name, the welcome e-mail isn't even generated.
