DaveHarris
Hi I want to add a package that creates a Cpanel hosting account, so far so good, but sets the cpanel owner to a particular owner name. This is to ensure that when a reseller adds a domain via whmcs it shows in their Cpanel account. Any Ideas?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 25, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 25, 2009 That's not possible. Your resellers would need their own WHMCS installation for their customers.

ckh
Try setting up a server using the reseller info as the server info. Then create the package and specify the reseller server as the server for setting the account up on. I was using 2 reseller accounts to set up specific packages for a client I had. I handled the support and set up/managed the accounts and he paid me for it. I also had the server itself set up for regular hosting accounts. Basically to whmcs it looked like 3 servers, but in reality, it was one server and two reseller accounts. Reseller accounts had their own IP but not nameservers.
