How to use Resellerclub module?

I'm currently migrating our resellerclub accounts into WHMCS. Previously we let resellerclub sends all the reminder, notification email and what not to the clients to renew the service. Now that I'm moving my customers into WHMCS, both system would eventually send two invoice for the same renewal which would confuse our customer.

Right now, I can see there's two possibilities:

1. Re-create account in WHMCS and configure the domain. Then on resellerclub disable all email to customers & admin (Settings->Mail Preference)

2. Re-create account in WHMCS and change the billing details on each and every domain so that the email goes to me.

I think the first option sounds better but disable all email seems a bit freakish. Second option looks like a lot of work and possibilities of client changing to their details back.

My question, how did you migrate your resellerclub customers? or what is the best way to migrate resellerclub customers?

Thanks!

WHMCS will send a renewal email instead of Resellerclub.

This way all emails come from you. If the domain renewal is the same as the hosting, they will even get combined on to 1 invoice.
