600 error on hosting setup

I get the following error when I manually create a hosting account from the Products/Services area/Module commands.

But it DOES create the hosting account in WHM successfully...weird one. Any ideas?

I can also terminate the account but I get a blank page when this is done.

Error is:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@removed and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

It also mentions a 400 error in the text.

That isn't a 400 error (bad request), it's a 404 (not found). ;)

Internal server errors are typically 500 (not 600), so I'm wondering if that's not what you received?
