sentryhosting
I've seen numerous thread on here with the same problem but none of the fixes work for me. I'm trying to get my server status to show server load and uptime. Please could someone talk through step by step the following: Where do I upload the server folder and the index.php file to? On the server setup pages in WHMCS, what do I put into the Address? The file will not be loaded on someones website so I'm unsure of this. HELP!!! lol, no seriously, this is really bugging me. Thanks Chris
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 10, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 10, 2009 You need to create an account on your server and upload the status folder there. Then on the setup page in WHMCS enter the URL to there.

The folder goes into public_html with the index.php file inside the folder The address you enter into the server setup area would be http://www.yourdomain.com/status/

rhodan
if its still not working correctly, look at safe_mode off, openbase_dir and disabled functions, they may prevent passing the info.
