datex
I’m trying the trial version of WHMCS. But I’m wondering – Can I use it with 2 different languages according to where my customers come from? If yes how about the knowledge base will it only shows the answer in the same language – otherwise it might be confusing I was thinking about using the Enom SSL module – If I get the reseller account through WHMCS I will get the support from them right? How are there support?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 6, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 6, 2009 You'd need to setup some system to detect where the visitor was from, and then specify the language in the URL: http://wiki.whmcs.com/Linking_to_WHMCS At the moment the knowledgebase and product details aren't translatable. I think people will agree that our support is good. But if we need to refer the question to eNom then it'll take a bit longer while we wait for an answer from them.
