No response to dev ticket

WHMCS is really good than i expect but the support team is dead. I mean they dont need to answer tickets in 15minutes but they must answer to tickets in a 12 hours time...

 

I have applied for a payement module and paid 40 usd for it, 48 hours gone and there is no sign of development and fix (saying fix because its not working). No replies to tickets, no help. This is really boring not to get help something that you pay for!

Have you got mixed up, payment modules are part of WHMCS and WHMCS is only $16.

If you have paid a developer $40 for a payment module then it must be someone other than WHMCS

It's because you've continually bumped your ticket every few hours today that it never got to the top of our list but the last reply was only 8 hours ago - not 48. You only paid for a duplicate of an existing module and are now saying you need furthur changes which weren't quoted for but we'll continue this in your ticket.

Are you saying adding information to the ticket bumps you ticket down in the queue?

That should not happen. If we have more info to help you solve an issue and add the info to the ticket in order to make your job easer we should not be penalized. Anyway response time to my tickets has increased and some have taken 2 business days to respond to which I find unacceptable.
