Linking existing Paypal or 2CO subscription ot new instal of WHMCS

Hi,

 

I have existing subscription/recurring payments in 2CO and Paypal.

 

Just implementing WHMCS and can setup the recurrings in there for the customers but am wondering how to link the payment notification when it comes from the gateway to these customer payment records so they get applied to the correct invoice ?
