Anybody can explain this what error below, when i execute the suspend/terminate command

 

Module Command Error

An Unknown Error Occurred

 

I have done to check the server "Setup Remote Access Key" and also the username/password.

 

But my WHMCS software has installed in separate server.

Could be a number of things. You'll need to open a support ticket and include your admin login details so we can take a look.

But the same problem, I tried this to create suspend/unsuspend or terminate in defferent servers with normal cpanel account or reseller account.

 

if the error is "Timeout" this means the firewall issues.

 

Please give me a solutions or any advices.

I think that is a server issue. Check with your server admins. I had that same issue that lingered for almost eight months before they fixed it.

Hi,

I have the same error but the account is actually created on the server but whmcs gives the unknown error and doesn't send the welcome email. I turned off the firewall but no luck.

 

try increasing these values in php

 

max_execution_time 90

max_input_time 60
