[RESOLVED] Upgrading product uses wrong complete.tpl template

When using the "Portal" template and using the "default" orderforms template and upgrading or downgrading a product at /upgrade.php, the order confirmation page that is displayed is using orderforms/cart/complete.tpl, but it should be using orderforms/default/complete.tpl, because I have choosen to use the "default" orderform template in the admin area.

 

It is no big deal, I have customized both the orderforms/default/complete.tpl and orderforms/cart/complete.tpl – but I wanted to report this.

 

Edit: Also, when I refreshe the order confirmation page (at upgrade.php) in my browser, a extra duplicate invoice is created. You can refresh the page as many times you want, and there is created at new invoice each time. Hopefully nobody will do this, but it will make a mess if a customer does refresh the page, so it should be fixed.
