Google Checkout Fee Discrepancy

In WHMCS it states the fee was $2.20 but in Google Checkout it states the fee was $3.20. There is a $1 discrepancy.

Have Google not just added taxes ettc if not then submit a ticket with google checkout as it may be a problem at their end

No, it's not an error on their end. The fee should really be $3.20 but WHMCS has it at $2.20

Still experiencing the discrepancies. The fees that WHMCS lists for Google Checkout are less than what the fees really are. For example, the fee that WHMCS has is $2.70 USD but then in Google Checkout the fee is $3.92

 

Anyone else experiencing this?

I've just checked ours and it does look like it's wrong.. I have no idea how long it's been doing that for but going through and checking is now going to be a pita.

Same here, one such example is a payment for £46.25 GBP which according to WHMCS the fee was £1.13 GBP however google actually records the fee as £1.77 GBP.

 

This makes a £0.64 GBP discrepency.

 

This is unfortunatly adding to our workload as well as causes us problems when accounting because we have to manually alter every single transaction now just to correct this issue.

 

As this topic was opened 2 months ago and there seems to be no response I've also logged a ticket to the same effect.
