Multiple price-points on hosting

Hi there,

 

Newb here. Trying out WHMCS. I'm hoping it does what everyone promises.

 

Question: We have a lot of different kinds of accounts, which are essentially identical but with different price points. (Basically, we buy over smaller companies, but honor their prices)

 

Any recommendations on the best way to set this up?

 

The only way i can think of doing htis, is like a basic package, and then duplicate and change the price.

Well you could setup a product for each pricing. Or just create one single product and then adjust the renewal pricing on a customer-by-customer basis.

 

The former would probably be less confusing, but also more time consuming to setup.

So i guess adjusting it in every client is likely going to take longer than doing it using like 10 different package names?

 

Hm, i'll have to think about it?

 

Anyone else have any other suggestions? Typically product A is worth the same thing, maybe minor a discount.. but in my case, it's the same product and a whole lot of different pricing.
