Automation inside of WHMCS

Hello, I just want to make sure that you are able to automate the whole ordering process and automatic account creation with WHMCS and my server (WHM/Cpanel), correct? I am still trying to figure out how to do this. I have already setup the server and it is connected, but I can't seem to figure out how a client would place an order for hosting and have the program automatically create the account and assign a username and password for the FTP account. I don't see where the client would put their domain information either so that the server generates the account. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Regards,

John, thank you but I have another problem, I have seen the video. When I go to create a new account and order a service through my client portal, there is an option to put a username and password but this is for the client portal log in; it never asks about a domain name or anything like that to generate that account through WHMCS into my WHM/Cpanel....any idea how I can automatically do this, or set it up?

THank you for your help

Have you got the Domain Registration Options ticked in Setup > General Settings > Domains tab?

John, I tried creating a new order through the customer portal, and when I go back to my admin area, I see this error in the Recent Activity;

Module Create Failed - Service ID: 7 - Error: Sorry, resellers are not permitted to create subdomains of the server's main domain
