Problems Transfering Domain

A client order to transfer a domain a .com

It went through the cart, paid by bank transfer, I added a payment to the invoice and when I want to transfer I get two errors...

1) Registrar Error

Website doesn't exist for tbsmex.com

[The website exist at http://www.tbsmex.com]

2) In the client profile I choose Netearthone as the registar and save. I fill in the new nameservers and click Transfer and I go to the register domain screen where the order info is fetched (the registrar appears as Netearthone, which is not the losing registrar, maybe that is the cause of not passing the screen).

I click yes in "Are you sure you want to transfer this domain?" and I get...

An Error Occured

{passwd=Password should be alphanumeric characters with minimum of 8 characters and maximum of 15 characters}

Which password?

The transfer secret? that was obtained by the customer!

Please help, this is my first transfer...

Choosing NEO as the gaining registrar is correct procedure. The Website doesn't exist error is normal because the domain hasn't transferred to NEO yet, so doesn't exist there.

The password error is referring to the client's password (they use to login to the client area).

Thanks a lot John... problem solved...

Yes, the website error does not matter...

NEO new password policy requires an alphanumeric password of 8-15 characters, the one used was alpha only with 6 chars.

Fixing this solved the problem...

Thanks again...
