SEO Friendly URLs - Links break in knowledgebase.

Have you customised your header?

Make sure the <base> tag is still in there.

No.

I'm using version 4.02. I thought that manual editing was resolved by the inclusion of the .htaccess.

I did find an old post - Several methods used.

Unfortunately I can't seem to find it again !

Where do I start here ?

Regards.

Having the same issue. The links dont work when seo friendly URLs are enabled. No errors show up in the log file. I renamed .htaccess and the rewrite engine is installed and working.

Using 4.1.2.

<clip> - - [17/Nov/2009:12:38:13 -0800] "GET /knowledgebase/1/Remote-Rebooting.html HTTP/1.1" 200 5133 "http://portal.forked.net/knowledgebase/1/Remote-Rebooting.html" "Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10_5_8; en-us) AppleWebKit/531.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.3 Safari/531.9"

The index page shows the KB articles, and the request seems to succeed, but the articles are simply not displayed.

Hi

I too am having this issue with WHMCS 4.3.1.

I have enabled KB SEO links in WHMCS settings.

I've renamed htaccess.txt to .htaccess in my WHMCS root directory

I've checked the Options FollowSymlinks is set

I've double checked the directions in the documentation

I've enabled mod_rewrite and restarted apache (several times).

But like apex above, when I click on a KB article link nothing is displayed. If I turn off SEO for the KB the links work just fine.

Anyone any suggestions?

Thanks

David
