handsonwebhosting Posted July 6, 2009 Share Posted July 6, 2009 I'm running into an issue on Version 4.0.2 where if the recurring amount is 0.00, the automatic suspension still suspends the account rather than extending the renewal date to the next month. We have a number of accounts that are setup with 0.00 recurring monthly. They are left at monthly as they are gifted accounts (charities, donations, employee accounts etc) and we need to be on monthly rather than on a 1 year plan. Anyone else seeing an issue with the automatic suspension in which it suspends the 0.00 account rather than extending the date to the following month? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
