Business Hosting Online
Are emails all sent out in english, or are they specific to the users settings?. I see at the bottom of the Email templates page in my admin area, that you can set your active languages, but what does this mean exactly? Does WHMCS translate my emails into the users language, or do I have to upload new templates in that language. The reason I ask is, that I have created 2 new email templates for SSL certificates and IP addresses. I wrote these in english, but what happens lets say I get a Spanish customer, will he receive the English template I created or will WHMCS translate this, or do I have to create the same email in Spanish myself? Any advice is appreciated. Edited July 2, 2009 by Business Hosting Online spelling
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 2, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 2, 2009 I believe you will need to translate all the email templates. With only english templates your spanish customer will receive the emails in English. If you create spanish email templates they will receive spanish emails
