Language and Template selection

Hello,

 

i have a question about language selection and template selection. firs I would like to loose the drop down menu for lang selection, that is not a problem.

 

I would like to create custom template, but I have some texts on the picture, so if I choose englis, I would also have to choose a diferent template.

 

So i would like to know if I can like adjust something like that:

english language that is using english template

german language that is using German template

 

or if it is possibe to set this with a link , something like that:

http://www.test.com/index.php?lang=en&template=en

 

Like that link youd tell to use language en and template en

 

Is that possible ? or please give me some pointers how could I solve that ?
