hosterar Posted July 1, 2009 Share Posted July 1, 2009 Hello, I have a resellerclub reseller account with WHMCS. I have the domain root of my servers with this account. The domain expired (not receive any email remember), now i go to my reseller account and login with the info, but not work this login info. I need help, need renewal the domain before of 6th of July. I can´t use the option of "Remember Password", the domain of the account name not use, expired and not interesting in renewal. If i remember the password need check the email for this account and not use the domain. I need help. Please! Can I create a new reseller account and WHMCS Staff transfer this and the others domains of the account to the new account?. Please!.
